Classes are thoughtfully-crafted and anatomically-informed to effectively release tight areas, strengthen weak areas, build body balance and awareness. You will be instructed thru an athletic, vinyasa flow class that starts slowly, builds to a moderate pace, then slows down toward final stretching and a guided, meditative rest.
