NUTCRACKER ADDITONAL INFORMATION
Saturday, September 12 - Youth Dancers
12:30-1:15pm Ages 7-8+, Youth & Beginner Level Dancers
1:15-2:00pm Ages 9-10+, Beginner/Intermediate Youth Dancers
2:15-3:15pm Ages 11-13+, Intermediate 1, Youth Dancers
3:15-4:00pm Ages 14-17+, Intermediate 2/Advanced Youth Dancers
4:00-4:30pm Ages 14-17+, Pointe work Saturday September 9
Arrive 20-30 minutes before the audition time for measurments and forms.
12:00-12:20pm - Dancer measurements for all Youth/Beginner.
1:00-1:15pm-Dancer measurements for all Beginner/Intermediate.
1:45-2:10pm-Dancer measurements for all Intermediate 1 dancers.
2:45-3:10pm-Dancer measurements for Intermediate 2/Advanced dancers
Arrive 20-30 minutes before the audition time for measurments and forms.
Some dancers may be asked to stay for the next age group following their audition time. Boys ages 7-12 are encouraged to attend. Theater experience helpful.
Monday, August 31 - Advanced/Professional
5:30-7:00pm - Advanced/College/Professional
Advanced/Professional & College dancers—If interested in participating in any ACDC company events, Nutcracker or ACDC Spring season, please reach out via email by Aug. 15 stating your interest and to register for the audition. Include bio, headshot, resume and/or video links. The audition may include ballet barre, center, pointe work, and contempoary phrases. Pointe work preferred for Nutcracker.
Weekend rehearsals begin Sept. 19. Dancers must be available for rehearsals and performances Thanksgiving week and weekend.
