Dance Elevation Lab

The Dance Elevation Lab program is a specialized training opportunity designed for our youth dancers who exhibit a high level of maturity, focus, and a strong commitment to their technical and artistic development. Students invited into this program will engage in additional classroom time, allowing for personalized instruction with a primary focus on building technique, advancing proficiency, and increasing performance opportunities. 

DEL Program Objectives are:

  • To provide individualized instruction in a focused environment
  • To enhance technical skill and artistic expression
  • To offer performance opportunities beyond the standard curriculum
  • To cultivate a deeper understanding of choreography and performance etiquette.


Participation Requirements:

Open to dancers ages 11 and older. 
Students must be enrolled in a minimum of two class days per week and be taking all ballet and modern classes offered at their level throughout the year, exclusive of DEL sessions. 
A Full commitment to all regular classes and DEL activities is required.

Participation in the DEL program is by audition and invitation. Not all students who audition will be selected for the program. Students interested in participating in this program should share their interest directly with the Program Director or their instructor. Final selection and placement will be determined by the Program Director based on readiness, commitment, and overall suitability. 

Training Commitment:
Focused Fridays: DEL dancers meet on Fridays for dedicated training sessions and choreography. Dancers must attend all Friday classes and rehearsals offered. Times per month and hours per Friday will be determined as we gauge interest and will run from October through March.
